As a neuro-spicy woman of color, I’m deeply passionate about supporting people who feel misunderstood, especially neurodivergent individuals and other marginalized “misfits”, in finding clarity, self-understanding, and a sense of belonging.
I help people move from feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, and disconnected to feeling empowered, grounded, and able to build authentic relationships that actually support them.
My mission is to walk alongside people as a curious, collaborative partner, helping them make sense of themselves and create sustainable, meaningful change that aligns with who they truly are.

I work with couple who deeply love each other but keep getting stuck in painful cycles of misunderstanding, where small conflicts quickly escalate and leave both partners feeling distant or defensive. I help by creating a supportive space where you can slow things down, understand what’s really getting activated underneath the conflict, and learn practical ways to communicate and repair so you can feel like a team again.

Many adults with ADHD feel like they’re constantly fighting their own brain: starting strong, losing momentum, and then blaming themselves when things don’t stick or get done. I help by working with you to understand how your attention and motivation actually function, so you can build realistic, supportive strategies that make daily life feel more manageable and less driven by shame or urgency.
